Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Residential Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate law, with the ability to navigate legal issues related to residential transactions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, and other legal professionals to ensure compliance and protect client interests in all real estate matters.
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on residential real estate transactions, including contract and title review.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to residential properties.
Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and active practice in good standing.
Proven experience in residential real estate law
Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation techniques.
Experience working within a law office environment is advantageous.
