What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Break down complex legal research and litigation workflows to enhance AI performance in collaboration with data scientists and engineers
Enhance briefs and motions through sophisticated legal analysis and efficient research methodologies
Conduct customer research to gain insights into litigators’ workflows and refine product concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative legal solutions to market quickly
Lead initiatives to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction in legal research
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigator with substantial legal research experience or significant experience developing AI solutions for legal workflows
Proven track record of delivering against product roadmaps in a timely manner
Strong understanding of AI tools and techniques relevant to legal research
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with AI-driven solutions in legal research or litigation workflows
Familiarity with user experience design principles in product development
Background in customer research methodologies specific to legal professionals
Strong communication skills tailored to legal contexts
Previous involvement in legal technology projects or initiatives
