Are you patient, empathetic, personable, result-oriented, and confident? If so, you may be interested in our Intake Specialist position supporting the firm’s partners in our fast-growing 9/11 compensation law firm.
The position’s focus is to present clear information to potential clients. This requires strong communication skills both via phone and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, and able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
Job Requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the telephone, e-mail, and text message
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong data management skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong work ethic
Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required.
This role is primarily work from home with in office work as needed. We have an amenity rich headquarters a few blocks from the World Trade Center. Must have residence in NY or NJ.
