- Specialist Product Compliance ReviewはQVC Internationalをサポートし、外部ベンダーから得た製品に関する広告内容について、法律および業界のガイドラインに準拠していることを審査していただきます。審査の結果をベンダーおよび社内の関係部署へお伝えいただき、ガイドラインに沿った表現で商品が販売されるようにビジネスをサポートしていただきます。
勤務場所
- 本ポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に2日幕張本社での勤務が必要です（出社日は事前に決められており、会社全体で統一されています）。
仕事内容
- 販売情報のリサーチ：QVC の製品の販売表示がさまざまな法律や業界のガイドラインに準拠していることを確認します
- 景品表示法違反のリスクを排除するため、販売情報が合理的な根拠に基づくものであるかを確認します
- コンプライアンス研修：スムーズな商品登録と広告物の制作を可能にするため、ベンダーに対して各種法律、業界ガイドライン、QVCルールなどの研修を実施します
- 外部研修に定期的に参加して知識を向上させます
- 特殊なケースの対応：ベンダーから提供された文言が関連規制および QVC の要件に準拠していることを確認します。遵守されていない場合は、内容を記録し、報告します

- 応募必須条件: 自ら法律についてリサーチし、判断することが出来る方

- 消費財の広告審査のご経験のある方
- 景品表示法や薬機法に関連する業務経験のある方
- ビジネスでの英語使用経験のある方（読み書き）
