Job Summary
On the Run Legal Solutions, LLC is a full-service legal support provider. The support staff is responsible for providing services such as; answering phones, setting up new job orders, drafting documents, answering client questions, and office work including scanning, copying, mailing and updating file systems. Applicants MUST pass a background and drug screen.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring client deadlines are met
Clerical; filing scanning, copying
Checking dockets and following up with court clerks
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer skills, GSuite and Excel
Excellent time management
Pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening
