Five Guys in Bend is hiring an energetic, dependable Shift Manager to join our leadership team!
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding food and customer service.
✅ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and support the crew during assigned shifts
- Assign positions and keep the team productive
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Coach and train team members
- Follow all food-safety and company procedures
- Handle cash and complete opening or closing responsibilities
- Help ensure every shift is properly staffed and runs efficiently
⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Restaurant or leadership experience is preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to lead by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
- Able to motivate employees and hold the team accountable
- Evening and weekend availability is required
