The Role
Join one of Ireland’s leading Financial Regulation teams, advising domestic and international financial institutions on complex Irish and EU regulatory matters.
You will advise a diverse client base working closely with colleagues across Corporate, M&A and Regulatory Investigations, providing exposure to both standalone advisory work and major domestic and cross border transactions.
The team has made significant progress in its growth through this year, with a continued focus on expansion. As a firm, the opportunities are endless, from progression, secondment, learning and development through to top of the market remuneration and client access.

The Person
- NQ-3 PQE
- Experience or exposure to Irish and/or EU Financial Services Regulation.
- A genuine interest in financial regulation and the evolving regulatory landscape.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
