We are seeking a Post-Resolution Case Manager (Settlement & Disbursement Coordinator) for a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm.
Are you detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and confident in negotiating reductions? Join our dedicated team as a Post-Resolution Case Manager, where you’ll help wrap up their Personal Injury case after settlement.
The Post-Resolution Case Manager role is a full-time, in-person position. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Compensation:
$21 hourly
Responsibilities:

Contact medical providers and insurance companies to confirm balances

Negotiate reductions on medical bills and liens

Coordinate signatures and final documents

Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients

Track outstanding items and follow up persistently

Ensure accurate, timely disbursements

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Solid analytical and math skills

Professional and confident on the phone

Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Friendly, empathetic, and client-centered approach

Previous experience in personal injury law, insurance claims, or medical billing is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; familiarity with case management software (we use Filevine) is a plus
