Are you a seasoned negotiator with a strong background in personal injury law? We’re seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Expert Settler/Negotiator to join our fast-growing legal team and help maximize recovery for our clients through skilled settlement negotiation.
What You’ll Do:
– Review personal injury case files and medical records
– Communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
– Negotiate settlements that reflect the true value of cases
– Draft settlement demand letters and prepare supporting documentation
– Maintain excellent client communication throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience negotiating personal injury settlements (3+ years preferred)
– Deep understanding of PI case value and insurance company tactics
– Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
– Paralegal, claims adjuster, or JD background a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
