Mike Dianna’s Grill Room is a small business in Corolla, NC. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to We are a locally owned restaurant that is looking for servers and bartenders starting asap for the rest of our season. We are a team based restaurant and promote friendliness and fun while we work. We have full and part time, day and night shifts available. You can work as much as you want with us. Experience is always a plus, but we love to train new people, so don’t be shy. If you have always wanted to try to wait tables or bartend we are the place to start. Our servers sell $1200-$3000 per shift on average. Daytime servers also make an hourly wage of $8 and bartenders make $15/shift, plus tips and some tipouts.

Our restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team and help us create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and serving unique cocktails to a variety of customers and should be comfortable working both alone and as a member of a team. This position offers flexible hours, competitive wages, and great opportunities for professional growth. We have 2 bars during our peak season and flexiblity with working at either bar, and working days or nights is a great asset to us
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks according to recipes or customer specifications.
- Know the basic characteristics of different types of alcohol and how they affect the flavor of a drink.
- Clean bar area, utensils, and mixing equipment.
- Maintain supplies and stock inventory.
- Develop and promote a customer base.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
