Inheritance Dependants Act
1975claims;
Proprietaryestoppelclaims;
Willdisputeschallenging Willsonthebasisofcapacity;duressandforgery;
Removing Executorsintheirrolesforfailuretoadministertheestate;
Devastavitclaims.
