Salary: $18 – $20 an hour + “ranch fee” and seasonal bonus
Benefits: M/D/V,PTO,(IF FT) free housing for 3 months including 2 meals a day

Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in fine dining
- Knowledge of beverage items including beer, wine & spirits
- At least 6 month availability
- Valid drivers license and personal transportation
Responsibilities:
- Utilize proper steps of service throughout dining experience
- Maintain good coordination and timing while serving orders quickly
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, preparation method/time, ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
