Our client within the corporate services sector is looking for a PQD MLRO to join their team. In this role, you will take ownership of the firm’s AML/CFT framework, overseeing client onboarding and risk assessments, managing suspicious activity reporting, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory obligations. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s Business, Jurisdiction and Sanctions Risk Assessments, as well as completing and submitting the annual Risk Evaluation Questionnaire.
Ideally, you will have a background in law or finance, bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar MLRO position, and be already PQ’d by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
