We have been instructed by a prestigious Tiered Legal500 law firm based in Kuwait, seeking to hire a senior UK admitted Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and international legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and restructuring.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents, including agreements, contracts, and memorandums.
Work closely with senior partners and clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Stay up to date with the latest legal developments and provide insight on applicable regulations, particularly in the Middle East, US, and wider Europe.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law with a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, SPECIFICALLY WITH EXPERIENCE WITHIN the GCC
Strong experience in corporate law, including M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
Familiarity with Kuwait and GCC regulations, with experience advising clients in the region.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
