Position: Senior Privacy Analyst at Foresters Financial

Reporting to the AVP, Privacy & Compliance, you will enhance the North American privacy program while addressing breaches, conducting impact assessments, and leading privacy risk initiatives. Collaborating with business units, you will also ensure compliance with regulations and develop effective privacy strategies to bolster governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate an effective privacy program per compliance regulations
• Investigate privacy issues and ensure rapid remediation
• Conduct privacy impact assessments with business units
• Support cybersecurity incident management and reporting
• Liaise with third parties on privacy compliance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in privacy compliance, preferably in finance
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in vendor privacy due diligence
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
