Legal Assistant/Paralegal – Civil Litigation – Personal Injury Jobs in Farmington Hills, MI at Giroux Pappas
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation. We are looking for someone who can work independently and support attorneys in handling a significant caseload, has proficient writing skills, works well with others, is a quick learner, and is familiar with both Michigan State and Federal Court Rules. Some responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, preparing and efiling pleadings; preparing discovery requests and responses; preparing for trial; scheduling depositions; calendaring; and file reviews, which includes medical records. Must be detail-oriented and take pride in your final work product. We are looking for someone extremely dependable and who will work well together with our team. We offer a one-day a week remote day.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
