Law Office of Craig H. Effrain, P.C. has an opening for a part-time, remote attorney handling vendor contract reviews for certain financial organizations. The vendor contracts will need to be reviewed, marked-up and, as necessary, negotiated with counter-party. This is a good opportunity to supplement your income.
Qualifications:
3 years of transactional experience including reviewing and negotiating contracts and general corporate work.
Effective communication and contract drafting skills.
Organized and ability to meet deadlines.
Detailed oriented.
