- Ensure compliance with:
- Scope of Work
- Technical Specifications
- Payment Milestones
- Delay & Liquidated Damages clauses
- Maintain contract obligation matrix.
- Change & Variation Management
- Identify variation events.
- Prepare:
- Variation Orders (VOs)
- Change Requests
- Cost impact assessments
- Time extension (EOT) submissions
- Evaluate subcontractor claims.
- Claims & Dispute Management
- Draft and submit:
- Notices of claim
- Quantum and delay claims
- Extension of Time claims
- Perform contract risk analysis.
- Support negotiation and dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with legal advisors where required.
- Commercial Monitoring
- Review IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates).
- Monitor cash flow and cost deviations.
- Validate subcontractor payment applications.
- Support procurement in subcontract drafting and negotiations.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to:
- Uzbek local regulations
- International commercial standards
- Employer’s contractual framework
- Maintain proper records for audit and arbitration purposes.
