Key Responsibilities:
• Lead legal M&A transactions from due diligence to post-acquisition
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts
• Conduct comprehensive legal assessments of potential risks
• Develop integration plans for newly acquired companies
• Advise on legal compliance, governance, and risk management
Requirements:
• Licensed member of a Canadian Law Society
• 5+ years in M&A and commercial law experience
• Expertise in drafting and negotiation
• Strong strategic legal advisory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
