Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employment-based immigration cases across multiple categories
• Serve as attorney of record, drafting impactful and precise petitions
• Communicate timelines and strategies clearly to clients
• Identify and solve gaps in workflows and legal processes
• Support potential clients with assessments and recommendations
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience with immigration law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. from an accredited institution
• Strong client focus and a sense of urgency
• Proactive communication and case ownership skills
• Passion for utilizing technology in legal workflows
