Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing our award-wining, multinational HR & Employment Law services client in their search for a Senior Litigation Executive, specialising in Employment Law. In this role you will be dealing with case preperation before Employment tribunal, working on behalf of Business owners to assess tribunal matters, create court bundles,witness statements etc. You must be educated to LPC, have Litigation experience – handling full process for your own caseload.
Employment law knowledge is desirable due to the nature of the business. In return you will gain fantastic knowledge of Employment law across all industries, and amazing progression opportunies. This role will also support SQE qualification as it will count towards Legal work experience. The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
