Personal Injury Paralegal
Position Overview
GSD Law Group LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Calgary, AB. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting lawyers in our busy personal injury practice.
Responsibilities
* Manage personal injury files from intake through resolution
* Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs, settlement proposals, and other legal documents
* Organize and maintain medical, legal, and client records
* Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, and opposing counsel
* Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and file follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records within the firm’s case management systems
Qualifications
* Experience in personal injury law preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
