Duties
Represent clients in court proceedings and legal negotiations.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice based on comprehensive analysis.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in various practice areas.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Knowledge of Family Law, Securities Law, Immigration Law, and Estate Planning.
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
