Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for a Senior Legal Specialist. The Senior Legal Specialist will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing legal operations, preparing and reviewing legal documents, offering legal consulting, and addressing various legal issues within the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing insights on legal matters, and supporting the organization’s business operations with sound legal advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law and Legal Consulting
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and professional environment
  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced legal qualifications are a plus
  • Experience in corporate legal affairs or a similar role is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Omani legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
