Your Role:
– Drive the recruitment process for high-level legal professionals, with the chance to work across both law firm and in-house placements
– Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a tailored fit for every placement
– Utilize your deep knowledge of the legal industry to offer insightful, consultative guidance across a wide range of practice areas
– Work with top-tier clients, ranging from AmLaw 100 firms to corporations and nonprofit organizations

What I’m Looking For:
– Proven success in legal recruitment, ideally with experience across high level placements (AM 100)
– A relationship-driven approach, with a focus on long-term partnerships over transactional placements
– Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fully remote, flexible work environment
– Previous experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or as in-house counsel would be advantageous, but not required
