Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Manager at UK Realty in Mumbai. The Senior Legal Manager will be responsible for legal document preparation, legal consulting, legal compliance, and managing legal affairs on a daily basis.
1. RERA Litigation – Filing and Defending
2. Excellent Legal Drafting of AFS, Notices, Complex JV transactions.

Qualifications
LLB is must .
- Legal Document Preparation expertise
- Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant legal qualifications and certifications
- Drafting of Agreements , JVs , MOUs etc
- Rera compliance process knowlege preferred.
