Your Mission
- Full-cycle recruiting – source, screen, interview, close, and onboard project-management professionals.
- Stakeholder liaison – keep hiring managers up-to-date and coach them on best-practice selection.
- Process ownership – schedule interviews, prep panels, manage ATS data, and craft offer packs.
- People programs – roll out training, performance-review cycles, and improvement plans.
- Policy & compliance – refresh handbooks, ensure labor-law alignment, and resolve employee queries.
- Culture catalyst – drive engagement initiatives that reinforce teamwork and delivery excellence.
What You Bring
- 5+ years end-to-end recruitment (project / program-management talent a plus).
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Polished written & verbal English; crisp communicator who builds trust fast.
- Eagle-eye for detail, bullet-proof organisation, and a “yes-and” attitude.
- Adaptable self-starter who juggles competing reqs without breaking a sweat.
