Join our John Burns Research and Consulting team as a Consulting Manager. We seek a talented individual to lead our consulting engagements and provide invaluable guidance to lenders, for-sale and rental builders, and land developers on maximizing product and revenue opportunities for their real estate investments.
As the ideal candidate, you possess extensive real estate industry knowledge and are a self-starter with exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment where independent work, multitasking, and meeting deadlines are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple assignments directly with clients.
Offer innovative ideas to enhance analysis and improve our business.
Coordinate the entire report production process and workflow.
Mentor and oversee the work of team members.
Manage tasks and production of consultants and associates.
Regularly interact with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field
5 years of experience in the real estate industry
Ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels
Project management experience
Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Organized, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated individual
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Travels required.
