Key Responsibilities
Handle overseas litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
Respond to inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.
Draft, review, and revise day-to-day business contracts, providing risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
Lead negotiations and review legal documents related to overseas matters.
Required skills / Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred. US Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.
5+ years of experience in overseas legal affairs, with knowledge of laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedures, litigation experience preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
Strong personal character and professional ethics, with a commitment to strictly abiding by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
