We’re hiring an Executive – Legal for a leading multinational organisation.
If you’re a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with an LLB degree and have 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal and compliance functions, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
What you’ll be involved in:
Corporate secretarial compliance and statutory filings under the Companies Act, 2013.
Board and General Meeting support, including agendas and MOM.
Contract drafting, review, and renewals.
Legal documentation, correspondence, and compliance management.
Trademark coordination and IP-related support.
Working closely with senior Legal & Compliance leadership on governance, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
What makes you a fit?
✔ CS + LLB is mandatory.
✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Contracts, and Compliance.
✔ Exposure to the Pharma sector will be an advantage.
