Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on real estate transactions, property management, lease agreements, and land registry matters.
Offer legal counsel on a range of issues, including civil and contract law, with a focus on real estate matters.
Conduct research on legal and regulatory challenges impacting project development, including environmental, permitting, and land use laws.
Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, specializing in real estate law.
Experience & Qualifications:
Resident in Switzerland
Completed law degree and possession of the Bar Admission is preferred
Min. 5+ years of law practice specialized in real estate law, tenancy law, property law and construction law
Fluency in German, additional languages are a plus
