Qatar’s digital ecosystem is evolving rapidly, and is well-positioned to emerge as a regional leader in the technology space. A prominent IT and tech company, a key driver of the country’s digital transformation, is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team.
The role will involve providing legal advice and support across all areas of the company’s services, including digital solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, and tech transformation initiatives such as artificial intelligence.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the legal sector, preferably gained in an in-house environment. It is essential that applicants have prior experience in the IT, tech, or media sectors within the Gulf region, along with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
Location: Qatar.
Salary: 100,000 to 140,000 GBP pa + bonus and benefits.
