We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the company’s day-to-day legal operations across multiple international markets. The role will focus on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, risk management, and coordination with external legal counsel.
This is a senior-level position requiring a commercially minded legal professional who can work independently and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise on and support the design of cross-border corporate structures, including entity setup, licensing considerations, and jurisdictional planning across multiple markets.
- Assist with intercompany agreements (e.g., licensing, service, and management agreements) to ensure structures are legally sound and properly documented.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, marketing, affiliate, and partnership contracts.
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Support ongoing compliance and regulatory initiatives across various jurisdictions.
- Identify and help mitigate legal and business risks.
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting the iGaming industry.
- Manage relationships with external law firms and legal advisors, ensuring efficient coordination on corporate, regulatory, and operational matters.
- Assist with internal policies, legal templates, and governance processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with international corporate structuring, including entity formation, group reorganizations, and multi-jurisdictional holding structures.
- Qualified legal professional with 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting .com businesses operating across international markets.
- Exposure to emerging or less regulated markets is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management relevant to online gaming and digital businesses.
- Proven experience working with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
