The Company
Our client is a privately owned data centre builder, owner and operator who are growing at a fast pace across the Asia-Pac region. The company have substantial financial backing and lots of projects in the pipeline over the next few years and are now looking to hire a senior lawyer to support the Chief Legal Officer.
The Role
Working in the capacity of second in command, this role will be working closely with the management team and guiding the business through a number of high profile projects across the region. We are looking to speak with lawyers who have the following attributes:
- Minimum of 10 years post admitted experience
- Top-tier law firm and/or in-house background
- Experience in some of the following:
○ Construction and projects
○ Real estate
○ Procurement
○ Commercial contract drafting
○ M&A
Location
The role will be Sydney CBD based.
