Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in employment and labour law, including contracts, terminations, employee rights, workplace policies, and collective labour issues
Up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments, ensuring compliance with national and international employment legislation
Experience drafting and reviewing employment-related documents, such as contracts, termination agreements, and internal policies
Ability to provide strategic, risk-based advice to HR, management, and leadership on complex workplace matters, including restructuring and disputes
Experience & Qualifications:
Fluency in English
European-qualified lawyer, Bar admission preferred.
Min. 8 years PQE, with a strong focus on employment law
Demonstrated experience handling legal matters across different jurisdictions
