Brooks Law is a rapidly-growing, energetic small law firm looking for a driven and tech-savvy entry-level associate attorney to join our team in the Personal Injury Department. We primarily serve the Brazilian and Hispanic communities, and language capabilities are a plus, but not required. We have offices in Medford, Framingham, and Lawrence, (your base will be in Medford) and the ability to travel to different jurisdictions within the state of MA for court appearances is a must. While experience is helpful, it is not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced attorneys to handle personal injury cases and ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Collaborate with other attorneys in some civil litigation matters involving personal injury.
Utilize technology to work smarter and more efficiently.
Take a growth-focused approach and contribute to the success of the firm.
Provide excellent legal services to our diverse client base.
Requirements:
Barred in MA (or admission date pending).
Vehicle (occasionally will need to travel to in-person court hearings).
Driven and ambitious with a growth mindset.
Embrace technology and use it to work smarter.
Work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We use the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) designed by Gino Wickman to run our firm and rely on Filevine for case management, LeadDocket for intakes, and CaseStatus for client communication.
