Job Description
- Provide legal advice and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in managing corporate governance and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on legislative changes.
- Support internal audits and investigations related to compliance matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address legal and compliance risks effectively.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance training programmes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Executive, Legal And Compliance Should Have
- A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, AML/CFT, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Legal & Regulatory Affairs.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and interpretation of contracts.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry.
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance processes.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
