Pennell Hart are a Legal & Compliance Executive Search firm based in the UAE. Our client, a publicly listed company in Abu Dhabi, are seeking an experienced Ethics & Compliance Counsel/Senior Counsel to join their award winning compliance team.
The Ethics & Compliance Counsel will work within a dynamic and creative team developing, implementing, and managing ethics and compliance policies, programs, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
The successful candidate will create innovative and engaging compliance awareness campaigns, deliver training programs, provide compliance advice to business units, prepare compliance reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for policies, systems, and processes.
To be considered, you will be a UK or US qualified lawyer with 8-15 PQE, either coming directly from a top tier law firm, or be a qualified lawyer who has already made the move into an in-house compliance role at a multinational organisation.
