You will utilize your exceptional drafting, negotiation, and project management skills to navigate multi-jurisdictional deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal work streams for M&A transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents expertly
- Manage signing and closing processes efficiently
- Execute thorough legal due diligence plans
- Support regulatory requirements and internal approvals
Requirements
- Active member of Ontario or Québec Bar
- 9–12 years of M&A legal experience required
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills necessary
- Knowledge of cross-border transactions essential
- Bilingual in French and English
