Job Description
TKO is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Counsel to join our dynamic Litigation & Compliance team. Based in New York, this position will report directly to the VP of Litigation and will play a critical role in advising the business on a broad spectrum of legal matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal judgment, familiarity with a wide scope of legal issues, a proactive mindset, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding sports and entertainment company, working cross-functionally with multiple business units across TKO, including UFC and WWE.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal counsel on complex matters across a range of global business units
Develop and execute litigation strategies while managing outside counsel
Assist and respond to discovery, subpoenas, and/or regulatory requests
Review and provide guidance on contractual terms on a wide range of complex commercial contracts
Negotiate and finalize legal settlements in collaboration with the business stakeholders
Conduct internal investigations and advise on compliance-related issues across the organization
Support the implementation and enforcement of corporate policies and procedures
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active membership in the New York Bar
3–5 years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm, or a combination of 2–3 years at a firm and 2+ years of in-house litigation/compliance experience
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality
Flexible and committed, including availability to work outside standard business hours when necessary
