McCormick & Priore, P.C. is seeking to add a litigation associate in its Philadelphia, PA office to accommodate the firm’s recent growth. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and strong writing and organizational skills. The position includes a competitive salary, hybrid schedule with flexible remote work availability, quarterly bonus structure, formal training and mentorship program, full insurance benefits and the opportunity to handle all aspects of cases from discovery, through depositions, dispositive motions and trials. Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Pennsylvania bar admission is required. New Jersey and/or New York bar admission is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and argument presentation.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
