Hope Springs is the smallest nursing home in the state of Minnesota. We have the newest and probably the nicest facility in the state, with private rooms for all 21 of our residents! This would be a new position for us. This would be a part time position due to our small size. Working off-site (remotely) would be a definite possibility.
We are looking for someone who has experience in keeping nursing homes in compliance with the regulations, SOM, and CMS directives. You must have nursing home/long term care experience. This is a hands on position, where the individual will be writing the policies and procedures, performing the audits, looking for ways to streamline the operation and work towards a zero / deficiency free survey. Preference would be given to a nurse but this position covers the entire operation of a nursing home, not just nursing.
This position would be excellent for someone who has worked in the industry a long time and knows the bureaucracy intimately as it relates to the state and federal agencies, or has worked in the corporate office of a larger provider doing their compliance work or knows how to more easily create systems and procedures that are replicated in a small facility because they have worked in a nursing home.

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
