As of March 26th, the vibrant New York Office of a multi-office law firm seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the team. This person will support attorneys with a variety of transactional matters, including:
Assisting with complex closing matters, including drafting closing documents, assembling closing binders, and handling post-closing activities
Conducting Blue Sky filings, UCC searches, and EDGAR filings
Managing and updating corporate records and minute books
Preparing audit response letters, stock certificates, and ledgers
Drafting and revising ancillary documents, signature pages, and Exchange Act filings
The Senior Corporate Paralegal position requires:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
4+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with relevant filing requirements
