Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in contract review, drafting, and management
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract law
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents and identify discrepancies
- Proven track record working with legal teams or in a legal environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with legal software and contract management tools
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to contractual agreements
- Previous remote work experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or legal support roles
