I’m currently hiring for a Senior Contracts Manager to join my renewable energy client’s Legal EPC Europe team, part of their Legal Division, based in sunny Spain. This role is integral, as you will be providing sophisticated and prompt legal advice to the EPC business globally. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire contract chain, including EPC and O&M contracts, as well as Framework Agreements, supply, and subcontracting agreements.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in law
5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years preferably gained in private practice
Possess essential experience in EPC contracting, subcontracts, and supply contracts in renewable energy projects
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication in English
Have full Spanish working rights
