We’re Hiring | Senior Contracts Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across major and complex projects, including EPC, EPCM, O&M, joint venture, consortium, and framework arrangements.

Position: Senior Contracts Manager
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, including at least 5 years in a senior/lead capacity
- Strong background in Water, Wastewater, Desalination, or heavy industrial EPC/EPCM projects
- In-depth knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract
- Strong knowledge of the contractual and regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Proven experience negotiating and administering high-value contracts, JV and consortium agreements
- Strong experience in claims, entitlement analysis, dispute resolution, adjudication, and/or arbitration
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certifications/memberships such as MCIArb, MRICS, CCM/FCCM are highly preferred
