Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – 6+ PQE

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial Property Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a senior position, working closely with the Department Head while managing a diverse caseload.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
Landlord and Tenant matters
Acquisitions and Sales
Secured Lending
Corporate Support
Business Development and Client Relationship Management
This position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating with partners on more complex matters.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 6 years’ PQE in a Commercial Property department
Strong technical expertise with excellent drafting skills
A high level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills
The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
A proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships
