Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City for a Legal Counsel. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing contract negotiations, and addressing a range of legal issues. The role also includes conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting clients in their legal needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law with strong knowledge of Legal Issues and Legal Advice
- Skilled in Contract Negotiation and resolving complex legal matters
- Proficient in Legal Document Preparation, review, and interpretation
- Excellent research and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in high-pressure environments
- Relevant legal certification or degree in Law or a related field
- Proven experience practicing law in a professional capacity, with a preference for candidates with international legal experience
- Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable
