Location:
4106 Bridge Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113 (In-office). We are amendable to other nearby satellite locations for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Handling
Manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury matters
Conduct initial consultations and client intake evaluations
Oversee case strategy and execution from pre-litigation to trial
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Take and defend depositions; attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
Supervise support staff, including paralegals and case managers
Maintain regular client communication and ensure high client satisfaction
Contribute to firm growth through mentorship and strategic input
Who You Are
A licensed attorney in Ohio.
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience handling personal injury cases
Proven success in settling and litigating high-value cases
Gritty, solutions-focused, and excited to take ownership of your cases.
A fast learner who wants to grow as a litigator and advance your legal career.

Compensation: Starting Rate at $120,000 base salary (may be higher depending on experience)
