Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, ultra-organized, and dependable EXPERIENCED Title Clerk to join the team at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield. The successful candidate will ensure vehicles are accurately titled and registered.

Responsibilities
Process paperwork for the titling and registration of new and used vehicles.
Ensure that all transactions are completed accurately, including the correct calculation of fees and taxes.
Prepare and resolve title discrepancies, including the processing of transfers and lien releases.
Assist in completing paperwork for various transactions to maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Verify the accuracy of vehicle information and documentation in customer files.
Assist customers with inquiries and requests.
Requirements
Experience with vehicle titles
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Knowledge of state and federal title and registration laws.
Understanding of general accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent computer and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
